Synopsis
This film uses the important process of “pattern making” in Chinese cheongsam craftsmanship as a medium to tell the story of a father and son living in a Beijing hutong. Their relationship is shaped by the inheritance of their craft, leading to many heartwarming and touching moments. Despite numerous challenges, the father and son ultimately unite their hearts to bring Chinese cheongsam to the world stage.
